Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from the SBMA Shop. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt with the original receipt for a replacement, exchange, SBMA Shop credit, or refund.

Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of an SBMA Shop credit.

Return Guidelines

Please note:

• Returned items must be in their original packaging, intact, unused, and in good condition.
• If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (805) 884-6454 or sbmashop@sbma.net for assistance and further instructions.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
