Each piece is made by hand as a sculptural form, not turned on a lathe or CNC-machined, so no two are ever exactly the same. You’ll see natural variations in shape, size, and grain...those little differences are part of what makes each one special. Every vase is carefully hand-sanded and finished with Danish oil and polyurethane to bring out the wood’s natural warmth and character.
Nature-inspired sculptural wood vases blending Scandinavian design with Japanese ikebana. BJØRN vases have also been displayed at the Gamble House.
Your vase comes with the dried flowers shown in the photos. They make a thoughtful housewarming or holiday gift, or a special piece to enjoy in your own home.
